End-User License Agreement (EULA)
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SUKUAD MOBILE APPLICATION. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE APPLICATION.
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Sukuad Technology OÜ (“Company”) for the Sukuad mobile application (“Application”). This EULA governs your use of the Application provided by the Company.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, the Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on a mobile device owned or controlled by the User.
2. Restrictions
The User shall not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
b. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the Application.
c. Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
3. Ownership
The Application is licensed, not sold, to the User. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Updates
The Company may, from time to time, provide updates to the Application. The User agrees to install and use these updates as part of their use of the Application.
5. Privacy
The User acknowledges and agrees that their use of the Application may be subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed within the Application.
6. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this EULA and revoke the User’s license to use the Application at any time without notice if the User breaches any terms of this EULA.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the User’s use of the Application.
9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of European Union and Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By installing or using the Sukuad mobile application, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
